  Reading the reviews on Dr. Patel staff and procedures is very shocking since I've always had a wonderful experience with the staff and the Dr. He was patient with me and took his time explaining the procedures that needed to be done. Never had a hassle and the staff was always very friendly with me. It's one of the reasons why I keep going back there. Can't find a better Dr in hemet.

  Don't go here. The office manager is very, very rude. one of the front office staff forged my name to a document. I would have signed it, but it was not highlighted, so when they gave back my copy of the document I noticed they signed it instead of asking me to. Really!! I was in the waiting room they could have just asked me to do it. This makes me feel like the would not be honest about much of anything.

  Go somewhere else! The Dentist is very nice but the staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. All 3 times I've been to the office I have waited over 1 hr for my appointment. My very first visit I had scheduled my appointment 1month in advance to make sure both my 2 yr old daughter & I would be seen back to back with no down time between our appointments. Firstly, the receptionist scheduled us 1 week apart, not even on the same day. When I was contacted the day before the appointment and realized that they had completely omitted 1 of our appointments entirely I told them that is unacceptable and I guess I would have to reschedule. They insisted squeezing me in and I told them that I would prefer to reschedule because I didn't want to be waiting extra time with a 2 year old. They then told me that they had a cancellation and they would give that appointment to me. I later found out that was a lie. My daughters appointment was at 11am and she was finally seen after 1pm. Then, in a very impatient manner, the dentist only spent 2 minutes trying to get her to open her mouth, when she didn't he gave up right away and rushed off to the next patient. After we had waited so long, he couldn't even give us a proper examination. We gave the office 2 more chances and we finally gave up on this office.
