- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If i can give 0 stars i would.. worst customer service ever! My wife went in to do her taxes and just gave her the run around for 3 weeks.. ask for all kinds of info to just tell us that they dont except 1099's.. now thats bs. They never called us, we had to call in every single time just to find out they needed some kind of information from us which we provided.. vanessa is the manager there and to be honest i dont know how that place is still in business with her working there.
