  Dr. O. is fantastic. After having seen a few other mental health providers before, I was relieved to find someone who took the time to listen to me and thoroughly explain his thoughts regarding diagnoses and treatments. As a female, I always felt comfortable talking to him, I never felt rushed or like he wasn't interested in what I had to say. I was quite impressed by the amount of time he spent talking with me (counseling) during our visits, as other psychiatrists had always spent merely 10-15 minutes on appts, strictly asking questions about how the medicine is working and what side effects I had, and then referred me out to psychologists for the "talk therapy"/counseling part of treatment. With Dr. O., however, his visits included the medication aspect, but he also spent sufficient time talking with me about how life was going, how I was feeling, and talking with me as a counselor would, as opposed to our visits being strictly for the purpose of prescribing meds and working out proper dosage. I moved out of state a few years back, so the last time I saw Dr. O. was about 5 and a half years ago. As you can see, he made quite an impact on me and my life and I'll forever be grateful for his kindness and help.
