  Ok so to make a long story short, I was a cash patient in 2013 while a patient of Dr. Perz. I had a UTI, called the office and was told by one of the staff that Dr. Perz was ordering a urinalysis at the lab that I had to pay for to be able to get meds. I was assured that the urinalysis was all that was ordered, by Dr. Perz' office and the lab (as I explained to he and his staff that I could go to urgent care and get the test and visit for only $85). 1 month after test was performed and meds, given, I received a bill in the mail for approx. $190 for additional testing that this Dr. ordered without my knowledge, permission or approval. I have been receiving mail from this lab for 7 months now and it has been sent to collection. The Dr. Office after more than a dozen calls and messages, has stated on numerous calls, that he was going to handle it, it has not been handled and now they are telling me it is the labs fault for ordering and carrying out additional tests that were never supposed to be ordered to begin with. So at this point, I will type up as many adverse referrals and post this on as many social media sites as possible in hopes that I can help this to not happen to anyone else and for people to know what this doctor does to his patients so they will think twice before using his services.
