- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If there was less than one star, I would give this office that rating. They schedule appointments and then on the day of the appointment they will call and say "the doctor is on vacation". And today when I called to confirm on the 2nd reschedule, they again told me that they would not be able to keep the appointment. The receptionist said herself, "I know this is unprofessional but there is nothing I can do about that." And then she followed with, so do you want to reschedule or go somewhere else?
