  A truly horrible experience that hasn't ended yet. First, the 'PA' which attended me could not answer any of my questions. When I asked when I would see the doctor, she replied, "He's not here, he is at another building." PA's are supposed to be under the direct supervision of a doctor. Then the PA said that it didn't matter the results of the nail biopsy (which was extremely painful) because they prescribe the same ointment to everyone. A month later I called their office and was told the PA would not be back for a week. The office lost my results, then miraculously found them when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I asked for the results to be mailed to me - they weren't. I have called on a daily basis to talk to the PA to get a prescription. She will not speak to me or return my calls. Do NOT go to this facility. I am out of pocket for the co-pay with no results, no paperwork, no prescription and no assistance through this fiasco. If I could submit this a post without giving them a star, I would. They don't even rate one star.

  Waited 20-25 minutes on the phone just to schedule an appointment. Then, went to the office, and waited a solid hour and a half to be seen. I made the mistake to reschedule an appointment, but due to family problems, I had to cancel. Waited ANOTHER 20-25 minutes on the phone just to cancel my appointment...
